Bill brings over four decades of leadership experience in mechanical contracting, building automation, and business development to his role as Vice President at Eagle Mechanical. A graduate of North Carolina State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Bill has built a career marked by operational excellence, strategic growth, and customer-focused solutions.
Joining Eagle Mechanical, Bill served as Owner and President of Lange Mechanical Services, where he successfully grew the company through innovative strategies and a commitment to quality service. His experience also includes senior leadership roles at Johnson Controls, where he directed North American construction sales and drove profitable growth across multiple regions.
Bill’s expertise spans strategic planning, P&L management, team development, and client relationship building, making him a trusted leader in the mechanical and building automation industry. He holds multiple professional certifications, including Texas Unlimited Environmental & Refrigeration Air Conditioning License, EPA Section 608 Universal Certification, and a Professional Engineer Certificate.
